Supply-chain document verification

Certificates, bills of lading and inspection reports change hands across many partners. DataMgmt Node gives every hop cryptographic proof of authenticity.

The challenge

A document that passes through suppliers, carriers and customs is easy to forge or alter, and hard to trace back to its origin. Partners need shared provenance without handing control of their data to a single intermediary.

FAQ

How does DataMgmt Node verify supply-chain documents?

Each document share is recorded on-chain with a content hash, so any partner can later confirm that a document is authentic and unaltered by verifying its hash against the blockchain record with GET /verify_data.

Do all partners need to run a node?

Partners that share or verify documents run a node and join the same P2P network, but they retain sovereignty over their own data. The shared blockchain gives every party the same source of truth for provenance.
